Cumulative trauma disorders are the most rapidly growing category of work related illness. Injuries as a result of repetitive motion and cumulative trauma are, for the most part, preventable.
We assist businesses in the assessment of risk factors that contribute to musculosketal injuries. We develop employee training programs which include personalized stretching programs, on-site educational in-services and ergonomic assessment and control measures. These are a few of the many on-site, individualized services offered to business and industries. Our Core Strengthening Program educates employees on the anatomy of the spine, proper body mechanics and lifting techniques in order to avoid painful back injuries.
IMCI’s goal is to minimize the adverse effects of loss through identification and education affecting positive change. We are committed to providing our services in a manner exemplified by compassion and integrity. We strive to utilize innovative techniques in the ergonomic programs we develop in an effort to positively impact those we serve.
IMCI consultants are dedicated to excellence by providing an ongoing, systematic approach to the creation of an ergonomically informed workforce and to promote a culture wherein employees are encouraged to make reasonable cost efficient improvements at their work sites.
